| Re: "Christian rock critic is narrow-minded," by Todd Hirsch, Letters, June 30 - July 6, 2005.
Mr Hirsch suggested, in his response to my "Your Face Here" comment (June 23 - 29, 2005), that I knew "nothing about Christian rock music." In fact, I have heard enough of it to determine that I just dont like it, and as with any art, I believe I have a right to say, "Yuck, I dont want to hear anymore."
Secondly, he suggests that my dislike for Christian rock/metal is "exactly the type of narrow-mindedness of which Christians are constantly accused." I question if my dislike for a type of music is really exactly the same as dictating who can be in a loving relationship, keeping women from leadership positions in the church or prosecuting people for believing the world is round.
